Mr. Kennedy is a Board Certified Civil Trial* lawyer with thirty-three years of litigation and trial experience.  He has tried many cases to verdict, has litigated hundreds of civil disputes in both state and federal courts, and has handled hundreds of arbitration proceedings in alternative dispute resolution forums such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Kennedy's courtroom skills are highly respected, and he has appeared as lead counsel, trial counsel, and co-counsel in dozens of courtroom and arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. Mr. Kennedy is also a graduate of the highly selective Trial Lawyer's College, founded by renown trial lawyer, Gerry Spence, in Dubois Wyoming.
